As well as learning and appreciating Indian cuisine and its history, this class focuses not only in enabling the exotic aromas and spices that make a sensational dish, it will teach you handy and valuable tips in using the right spice for the right dish. This demonstration session includes a very satisfying taste testing of all dishes as they are prepared, so don’t eat before you come!

Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility starts 10th September 2016 (Dubbo)

  For transport industry workers:

Chain of responsibility:
This course is designed for owners, operators, account managers, schedulers, consignors and receivers, loader/unloader, packers, drivers who are part of the Chain of Responsibility and for ensuring breaches of road laws do not occur.

Fatigue Management:
This course is designed for heavy vehicle drivers who wish to extend their driving hours from 12 to 14 hours. Learn how to maintain alertness and continue to perform at your peak.

Each course runs for one day and both courses are run over 2 consecutive days.

A statement of attainment will be issued on successful completion each of the following units. 

    TLIF0001 Apply chain of responsibility legislation, regulations and workplace

TLIF2010 Apply fatigue management strategies

Dates: 10th and 11th September
Times: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sessions: 2

Cost: $450 in total, $245 for just one day

Do you have your USI yet?

From 1 January 2015, all students enroling or re-enrolling in nationally recognised training courses will need to enrol using their USI number (Unique Student Identifier number). This includes students enrolling for the first time, for example, if they are studying at a registered training organisation, completing an apprenticeship or skill set, certificate or diploma course. It also applies to students continuing or completing (re-enrolling) training, including nationally recognised training undertaken in secondary school.
