We maintain community relevance through the input of community members, associate members, course participants, civic and business leaders and operators and other community organisations.

Western College has the sustainability to offer full certificate courses, while still maintaining the flexibility and expertise necessary to offer short, sharp and highly specific programs for our community.
We endeavor to provide the most accurate and up-to-date training information available. The training industry is one of continual change and improvement. It is important to note, therefore, that courses are subject to change. If there is a change in a certain course of your interest, you will be advised of this at the time of your enquiry. Please choose your course/s carefully. Once we have processed your enrolment, we are unable to arrange refunds except under the following conditions.
A refund, by cheque, will only be made when a course is cancelled by the College. Application for a credit note can be made if circumstances do not permit the participant to attend, provided five (5) working days’ notice is given. An administration fee of $10 will apply. NOTE: Enrolment within five (5) days of the course commencing will forfeit the right to receive a credit note.
Regrettably, the College cannot be responsible for changes in participants’ circumstances. Please refer to the Refund Policy which is available on request.
While the College makes every effort to ensure a positive learning outcome, it cannot accept responsibility for the participant’s own abilities and level of application.

Western College has strict deadlines for course enrolments, so prospective participants are advised to enrol early to avoid missing out! We recommend enrolling AT LEAST 10 days prior to course commencement.
