Ever wondered why your coffee at home never tastes as good as your favourite café? Spend a morning with a professional barista and you’ll never have to go out for coffee again! Learn all the tips and tricks of the trade in a friendly, relaxed environment. We’ll cover bean selection, grinding, extraction and how to get silky, hot milk…every time! Bring in your own manual or semi-automatic machine and have some fun while learning how to make world class espresso. You’ll also learn some latte art to impress your friends and family.

This 3 - hour hands on workshop will give you the opportunity to experience many of the professional techniques used when decorating cookies. The cookies will be supplied so you can spend more time decorating. You will finish the workshop with four decorated styles of cookies. The workshop is suitable to both beginners and those who are a little more experienced. You will be given a list of equipment that you will need to purchase prior to class.
