All participants will be treated with dignity and fairness, acknowledging the adult environment in which we operate and the experience and life skills that they bring to it.
We recognise participants' rights to be well-informed on the requirements, costs, content and planned outcomes of the courses in which they enrol, and to expect both a high standard of program delivery and support from their tutors, and an efficient support administration. We encourage participants, in return, to acknowledge their responsibilities to the organisation and their fellow participants.
We will maintain appropriate protocols and procedures to ensure confidentiality and accuracy in the administration of participant records, and will observe all requirements for their proper storage and protection.
